On October 26,2015, an earthquake of the magnitude of 7.5 struck Pakistan and Afghanistan. Pakistan Metrology department measured it 8.1 on Richter scale. The quake was 196 km deep and centered 82 km of Feyzabad in a remote area of Afghanistan in Hindu Kush mountain range. Flash flooding caused by torrential monsoon rains has killed at least 15 people in different parts of Pakistan and affected hundreds of thousands of people, according to the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA). Aid agencies, however, put the toll higher.

Career Guidance Seminar for Persons with disabilities and Youth

The seminar was organized by DEEP Hyderabad office on July 11, 2015. The objective was to spread awareness and provide career counseling to under training PWDs and also other youth for selection and adoption of an appropriate career.

Program manager Kiran J Gill and Khawar Gill & Ms. Sundas Social mobilizer facilitated the participants.
